Open Hands, Open Heart: Grief, Connection, and Creative Witnessing
This session focuses on the possibility of support and connection after vulnerability. We’ll share work in a gently held space, practicing the art of witnessing and being witnessed. We’ll explore how grief can connect and enable growth rather than isolate, and how creativity can sustain that bridge.

Wearing the Mask: How Fear Shapes the Grieving Self
This workshop examines the emotional masks we wear to appear “fine” and the roles we perform to stay safe. Through creative prompts and exercises, we’ll start to identify and express the hidden emotions behind those masks—and imagine who we might be if we didn’t have to hide our pain.
